Our staff is prepared to execute with precision and care so that our clients can breathe easier, knowing their event is being professionally managed. Any event or trade show must be set up on time, set up for impact with demos and other activities easy to execute.
On site, we provide an event management supervisor who will work directly with you to do all this and more. We view this staff member as an arm of your company to oversee all elements involved with the success of your event or trade show. Through extensive training, this staff member is prepared to act on your behalf in the shipping, set up, break down and reload of your event. Our supervisors are there to provide on-site management, make recommendations and fill in the blanks.
We offer turnkey solutions for any sort of situation. We’ve even been known to flip a burger or two to feed our client’s hungry staff onsite at a show. Our event management staff has the capability to design racetracks for demo drives, deliver product to remote, international locations and step in at a moments notice to steer a vehicle in the right direction. We do what it takes to make it happen!
